| What is CCJ?
CCJ stands for County Court Judgment. This Judgment is an action issued by the court when you have accumulated debt and your creditors don't have a straight line of communication with you, they can turn to a court to settle their problem. And this action against you can effect your loan borrowing up to 6 years. If the debt has been payed in full in 30 days of the judgment being released then it won't show up on your credit registry. When it overdue and fully payed then it will appear as satisfied on your credit score.
If you happen to receive a form from the court then it means that you have serious debt and your not paying back your creditors. After filling out the form you can put down a sum of money which you can afford to pay back the debt. If the court wants a full repayment the you can request a monthly charge instead. After you filled out the form the court passes on to the lenders and then they can decide if the amount of money you've willing to pay is enough for them. | | | | |
