| What is CCA?
CCA stands for Consumer Credit Act, there's a 1974 and 2006 regulation. This system is based upon ways on how to manage lends equally and also to protect the borrowers.
The Act is trying to regulate on how secured and unsecured money lends are made. For example the only lends going over 25.000 pounds are unregulated, exceptions are for houses. This Act has a set of rules like the cancellation notice is defined, the time which a customer can cancel the already approved loan. Also regulated loans have strict rules. | | | | |
